day off productions is a production company founded in 2024 by Otto Goldstone, Max Pearlman and Katie Satterfield. we are based in NYC.

Max Pearlman is a Film and TV professional living in New York City. He has worked as a Photographer for the OSCE in Vienna, Austria. After living in Vienna, Max moved back home to NYC where he began working in Film/TV in various Production Offices starting in 2019. His credits include Production Coordinating for Full Frontal With Samantha Bee, working as a Production Secretary for A24/Showtime’s Ziwe, an Office PA for Netflix’s Halston mini-series, and writing/directing/editing Day Off Productions debut short film Canker Sore. Additionally, Max has worked as a Producer, Assistant Director, and Stills Photographer for various indie film projects in the Tri-State area. Max is a proud member of IATSE Local 161. He is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College (where he met fellow producer Otto Goldstone!).

Otto Goldstone is a video production professional based in New York City. He currently works at Lobo, an award-winning animation and mixed media studio, where he serves as its Operations Manager as wells as a Production Coordinator for their live action shoots. During his time at Lobo, he’s worked on high-profile campaigns for major brands including UPS (featuring Coco Gauff), Frito-Lay, Chobani, Espolon, and Mrs. Meyers. Prior to Lobo, Otto gained experience at Broadway Video, as well as various production companies in London and Belfast. Most recently, he co-produced Canker Sore, the debut short film from Day Off Productions. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Business and Film.

Katie Satterfield (Producer/Actor) is a NYC based artist. Originally from Arkansas, she has a passion for sharing Southern and women driven stories. Some of her favorite acting credits include the plays Wait Until Dark (Susy) and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Puck), and of course, Day Off’s short film Canker Sore (Camden). She has also worked as a production assistant on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee and indie short films. In her free time, you might find her bopping around for a little treat in local coffee shops or on the hunt for her next best tchotchke.
